By accessing and using the services provided by Optileadlabs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Optileadlabs provides B2B lead generation services, including but not limited to strategy planning, lead acquisition, lead nurturing, and performance optimization. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, cooperating with our team, and ensuring that all materials provided comply with applicable laws and regulations. Clients must also maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.
All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Optileadlabs during the course of providing services remain the property of Optileadlabs unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are granted a license to use deliverables for their business purposes.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client lists, financial information, and other sensitive data.
Optileadlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Optileadlabs reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of breach of terms or non-payment.
Optileadlabs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manila, Philippines.
